Henry Nwosu, 1980 AFCON champion with Nigeria's Green Eagles, is being laid to rest in Owerri, mourned by teammates who knew him since childhood street football in 1970s Lagos. Two AFCON finals (gold 1980, silver 1984) and a controversially disallowed goal in the 1988 final define a career central to Nigeria's rise as a continental football force.
