The Lebanese armed group Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for 22 military operations carried out on Friday against Israeli forces operating in southern Lebanon.
In a statement, Hezbollah said its fighters used rocket barrages, artillery fire, guided missiles, explosive devices and Ababil attack drones to target Israeli troops, vehicles and military infrastructure.
The group said the operations struck six Merkava tanks, a military bulldozer, technical equipment and an Iron Dome launcher at the Ras an-Naqoura area.
According to Hezbollah, the attacks took place across several locations, including Haddatha, Yohmor al-Shaqif, Biyyada, Naqoura and artillery positions near Khirbet Ma’ar. The claims could not be independently verified.
