Judge Casey Cooper blocked Trump from renaming the Kennedy Center, ordering removal of his name from all signage and the website within two weeks. The ruling confirms only Congress — not the board — can change the Center's name, and permanently halts the planned 2-year renovation closure despite $257M already approved.
