NEW YORK — According to an informal poll taken at the Infectious Diseases in Children Symposium, many pediatricians have diagnosed a patient with PANS, a neuropsychiatric syndrome related to infection, and a type of PANS called PANDAS.But although respondents had experience in diagnosing PANS or PANDAS, they were less clear about where patients should be referred for further care.
