It is not known which team policy Swinton is said to have violated.Swinton, 41, was hired by new Pittsburgh head coach Mike McCarthy in February. Before joining the Steelers, Swinton served as an assistant with the Rams, Chiefs, Broncos, Bears, 49ers, Lions, Cardinals, Chargers and, most recently, the Raiders.
