Video footage shows the cyclist traveling through a neighborhood in Fairfax when a silver sedan pulled up next to him on Thursday (28 May). According to witnesses, the driver was chasing the cyclist.A man then gets out of the vehicle and proceeds to shoot at him multiple times, following an off-camera exchange. He then fled the scene. Officials said the incident was linked to a road rage incident.The cyclist is currently in a critical condition in hospital. Fairfax County Police reported that they had a suspect in custody.
