In a significant initiative aimed at streamlining pilgrim services, the Tirumala Tirupati Devasthanams (TTD) has made certain modifications in the allocation of Srivani Trust Darshan tickets to enhance convenience for the devotees. At present, TTD releases 1,500 Srivani tickets online every day, of which 500 tickets are allotted under the advance booking quota through the online portal three months ahead of schedule in addition to the 200 tickets that are being issued under the current booking quota at the Tirupati airport.Of the 800 tickets available under the daily current booking quota, the TTD has now resolved to earmark 300 tickets every day for eligible donors who have already contributed ₹10,000 to the Srivani Trust and are awaiting darshan tickets. The facility will be extended to eligible donors who have made their contributions on or after May 1, 2025. The earmarked tickets will be released daily at 9 a.m. and devotees securing their bookings before 1 p.m. will be facilitated with the darshan on the same day at 4 p.m.The revamped allocation mechanism will come into force from June 10, 2026. Tickets remaining unbooked under the earmarked quota will be reverted to the current booking quota. The arrangement will remain in operation until March 31, 2027. Published - May 29, 2026 06:49 pm IST
