VIjay returns without addressing poll campaign in KaraikudiTamilaga Vettri Kazhagam founder and actor Vijay, who was to address the gathering at the campaign venue near Karaikudi Municipal Corporation office in Sivaganga district this afternoon, returned without addressing the cadres as he arrived at the venue well past the permitted time slot. Meanwhile, a flying squad team checked the charter flight at the Tiruchi international airport in which Mr. Vijay was to leave for Chennai in the evening. The checks were conducted before the arrival of Mr. Vijay to the Tiruchi airport by road from Karaikudi. 2.
