Atiku, in a statement issued on Friday by his Senior Special Assistant on Public Communication, Phrank Shaibu, said the most accurate assessment of the Tinubu administration after three years in office is not government “advertisements, media campaigns, or self-congratulatory speeches,” but the “tears of hungry families, unemployed youths, collapsing businesses, and abducted schoolchildren.”
Former Vice President and presidential candidate of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), Atiku Abubakar, has launched a scathing attack on President Bola Tinubu’s administration, declaring that the era of “political complacency, propaganda, and governance by deception” is nearing its end as Nigerians prepare to “reclaim their country through the ballot.”
According to the former vice president, Nigerians were promised “renewed hope” in 2023 but have instead been handed “renewed hardship, renewed insecurity, renewed poverty, and renewed hopelessness.”
