When you lie down, prone position, the blood is meant to help you digest the food and rush to the brain. The moment you eat food just before you go to bed, the brain says forget me. When blood does not travel to the brain, your body fails to be rejuvenated by sleep.”Madhavan then revealed he emerged a different man after ten days in the retreat. He now focused on sitting down and eating without any distractions, chewing at least 40 times. The results he revealed, were nothing short of spectacular.
