The actor, known for his role as Chesney on the Corrie cobbles, revealed the sweet news that wife Briony is pregnant.‌The pair are already parents to children Sonny, five, Daisy, four, and two-year-old Hazel. Briony shared a funny video of her children being pulled along the floor by dad Sam to announce the news.‌The clip showed tot Hazel being dragged into the shot. She was seen beaming as she held on to an ultrasound scan picture of her soon-to-be baby sibling.‌The upload had "Here we go again… baby Aston #4," written over the clip by Briony. A Christmas tree emoji seemingly pointed to Briony's due date.House of Pain's Jump Around was placed over the top of the upload. The role involves giving non-medical physical, emotional, and informational support to mothers giving birth before, during, and immediately after childbirth.She is also qualified as a yoga instructor, but has revealed her plans to slow down on the work front now she has announced her pregnancy.Sharing an update on her Instagram Stories, she wrote: "Now we’ve announced our news to the world, you can see why I’ve closed my books for mid-October onwards for in-person doula support.‌“I’ve been at a couple of births while heavily pregnant in the past and I’ve found it’s just not practical with a huge bump. Plus I’ll need some time to protect my own headspace in the lead up to my own bump. Duolas need to birth prep too!”Sam shared how the family had recently been on a trip to West Midlands safari.
