Chinese manufacturer Dinto Solar will debut its new DT198G-FZ HJT solar module for utility-scale applications at the Intersolar tradeshow in Munich. The zero-barbus (0BB), 1/3-cut cell panel delivers up to 775 W of power with 25.05% efficiency, featuring a 98% bifaciality rate and 90.3% power retention after 30 years.
Chinese heterojunction (HJT) solar module manufacturer Dinto Solar announced it will showcase a new panel for utility-scale applications at the upcoming Intersolar tradeshow in Munich, Germany.
“Its 1/3-cut architecture enhances mechanical reliability at the module level,” the company said it a statement. “Flexible interconnection structures distribute stress more evenly across smaller cells, reducing the risk of microcracks, while optimized hot-spot control and advanced encapsulation further improve operational safety, resistance to moisture and environmental stress.”
The DT198G-FZ module measures 2,384 mm x 1,303 mm x 33 mm and weighs 37.5 kg. It relies on 198 cells with a size of 210.6 mm x 71.7 mm and zero-barbus (0BB) technology, an IP-68 rated junction box, 2.0 semi-tempered glass on both sides, and an anodized aluminum alloy.
The new product is available in six versions with power output ranging from 750 W to 775 W and a power conversion efficiency spanning from 24.1% and 25.05. The open-circuit voltage is from 43.97 V and 44.66 V, while the short-circuit current is of 17.06 A and 17.36 A.
