President Donald Trump on Wednesday refiled a $10 billion defamation lawsuit against The Wall Street Journal over a story that claimed the president authored a bawdy birthday greeting to convicted sex offender Jeffrey Epstein.
The suit, which sues the Journal’s publisher and two of the paper’s reporters, alleges the 2025 article had “glaring failures in journalistic ethics and standards of accurate reporting.”
