Sevu Reece’s photo won’t be short of company when the Crusaders hang it alongside the franchise’s other centurions.

But it will be just one of two belonging to specialist wingers when Reece’s mug is given a spot on the wall at the Crusaders’ Rugby Park headquarters in Christchurch.

The 29-year-old will reach the milestone when he takes the field against the Hurricanes at One New Zealand Stadium on Friday night, joining Caleb Ralph (126 caps) as the only Crusaders wingers to reach triple-figures.

“Honestly, I just can’t find the words for it. This whole week just looking back, this Fijian kid that first came here to Christchurch, I was just here to train for injury cover for pre-season really,” Reece said this week.

“Things had taken a turn in the right direction for me. I got to play one game, that was a blessing in itself. Getting to 100 this Friday is just amazing.”
