A portrait gifted to Bihar Chief Minister Samrat Chaudhary by a Patna-based builder has sparked a meme fest on social media, with many users comparing the artwork to the iconic “Majnu Bhai painting” from the Bollywood film “Welcome”.The portrait was presented by Sanjeev Shrivastav during a meeting with the newly appointed chief minister on Monday.
