MANILA, Philippines — Suspected illegal drugs worth P6.4 million were intercepted from five abandoned inbound parcels at the Central Mail Exchange Center in Pasay City, the Philippine National Police (PNP) said on Thursday.
“The parcels were flagged during routine x-ray screening and further subjected to manual examination and K-9 inspection,” the PNP explained, noting the discovery was made last Tuesday.
