The Delhi government has made a few changes for Delhi metro names and public places across the capital. The decisions were approved during a meeting of the State Names Authority, chaired by Chief Minister Rekha Gupta on Wednesday. One of the most prominent changes is renaming Rohini West Metro Station after Dr. B.R. Ambedkar. The government noted that this will also help commuters better identify the station due to its close proximity to the hospital.One more reason to change the names of Delhi metro stations because then it will be easy for the people to remember the station names.
