The government's cuts, savings and new spending will be revealed this afternoon for the 2026 Budget.
At 2pm Thursday, the government will open its books and reveal Finance Minister Nicola Willis' third Budget.
Earlier this week, Prime Minister Christopher Luxon said the Budget would be a "grown-up" one free of any "lolly scramble".
Appearing on Morning Report on Monday, Luxon said New Zealanders should expect a "fiscally responsible" approach from the coalition.
