ALKHOBAR: The King Abdulaziz Center for World Culture, or Ithra, has launched a special Eid Al-Adha program featuring more than 30 cultural activities and experiences from May 28 to 31.
Held under the theme “Ithra Eid: Moments We Share,” the celebrations will transform Ithra into cultural hubs inspired by six cultures from across the Islamic world.
Visitors will begin their journey at the plaza with the “Story in the Scent” experience, exploring fragrances inspired by Saudi cities, from bakhoor to floral blends, and learning the art of scent mixing that captures Eid traditions.
At the “Grandma’s Eid Tales” corner, visitors can create a live mural using virtual reality, blending nostalgic Eid memories with digital storytelling.
For three days, Ithra Theater will host Gulf singer Humoud AlKhudher, returning with a live performance celebrating Eid through music and uplifting melodies.
