MOSCOW, May 27. /TASS/. The recent tragedy in Russia’s Starobelsk, where Ukrainian military’s attack on a local college left more than two dozen teenagers killed, resonated in the hearts of those who remain humans, while Western countries never officially expressed their condolences, Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergey Ryabkov said on Wednesday.
"The tragedy of such scale has undoubtedly resonated in the hearts of everyone who have not lost their humanity. However, I have not seen any official expressions of condolences from the West," Ryabkov said at a news press conference.
