Kenyan TikToker and content creator Rachel Otuoma has confirmed her engagement, marking a new chapter in her life just months after the death of her husband, former footballer Ezekiel Otuoma.
Ezekiel died on December 21, 2024, after a four-year battle with motor neurone disease (MND), also known as ALS. His passing left Rachel a young widow, drawing widespread sympathy from fans and the public.
By May 2026, Rachel was celebrating love again, revealing her engagement during a surprise party shared on social media.
The video showed her fiancé presenting a ring as friends and family watched.
