Yi Chang-hee, Senior Advisor at Shin & Kim [SHIN & KIM]
Law firm Shin & Kim has recruited former Defense Agency for Technology and Quality (DTAQ) President Yi Chang-hee as Senior Adviser to strengthen its defense and aerospace practice.
Shin & Kim said Wednesday that Lee will advise clients on defense policy, acquisition programs, technology development and arms exports.

Lee, a retired Army battalion commander and graduate of the Korea Military Academy, served for about 34 years in a range of military and defense acquisition roles. He played a key role in reforming Korea’s defense procurement system in the early 2000s and helped establish the Defense Acquisition Program Administration (DAPA).
