"Dolly All the Time" by Annabel Monaghan is the "Good Morning America" Book Club pick for June.
Monaghan is the New York Times bestselling author of "It's a Love Story," "Summer Romance," "Same Time Next Summer" and "Nora Goes Off Script," along with two young adult novels and the memoir "Does This Volvo Make My Butt Look Big?" Her books have been translated into more than 20 languages.
Set in the fictional seaside town of Whitfield, Rhode Island, Monaghan's new novel follows Dolly Brick, a hardworking single mother who returns home for the summer to help save her family's house and unexpectedly enters a fake-dating arrangement with Stewart Whitfield, a wealthy heir recovering from a public breakup.
As the pair spend more time together through society events, boat rides and quiet moments by the shore, their arrangement begins to turn into something more.
Filled with witty banter, heartfelt moments and plenty of summer romance, "Dolly All the Time" explores family, second chances and what it means to finally let someone in.
