MANILA, Philippines — President Ferdinand Marcos Jr.’s net satisfaction rating has slumped to a “poor” -15 in the first quarter of 2026, his lowest record since the start of his administration in 2022, according to the latest Social Weather Stations (SWS) poll.

The survey, conducted from March 24 to 31, showed that 33 percent of adult Filipinos were “satisfied” with Marcos’ performance, a decline from the 40 percent in November 2025. Meanwhile, 49 percent were “dissatisfied,” an increase from the 43 percent in November. Those who were “undecided” hardly moved to 18 percent from 17 percent.

The net satisfaction of Marcos was 12 points down from his “neutral” -3 net satisfaction rating in November 2025.

The latest SWS figures resulted in a net satisfaction rating of “poor” -15, surpassing Marcos’ previous personal record-low of “poor” -12 that he obtained in March 2025.
