A former presidential candidate, Gbenga Olawepo-Hashim, has declared his intention to contest the 2027 presidential election on the platform of the Accord, saying his political movement had already mobilised over one million supporters into the party nationwide.
Olawepo-Hashim disclosed this in a statement issued by his media office and made available to The PUNCH on Tuesday.
The presidential hopeful said his political structure had commenced extensive grassroots mobilisation across the country as part of preparations for the 2027 general elections.
According to him, the mobilisation effort was aimed at building a formidable political movement capable of offering Nigerians an alternative platform.
