MUMBAI: Realty developer Brigade Group has entered into a Joint Development Agreement (JDA) to develop a premium residential project on a land parcel 5.6 acres in Kompally area of Hyderabad. Brigade Group had forayed into Hyderabad market with a project in Banjara Hills, expanded with projects in Moti Nagar. Brigade is planning to deploy around Rs 5,000 crore across residential, commercial, hospitality and retail developments over the next 3-4 years, the company said in a release.
