They warned of a “possible health risk” due to the fact that an ingredient was not listed on the label.On the Food Standards Agency (FSA) website, it explained that Sunrise International Foods Ltd has recalled its Shama Falooda Almond flavour drink from shops. People who bought this product have been told not to drink it and instead return it for a full refund.This is because it contains milk, which is not mentioned on the label. The recall applies to packs sized 290 ml.It affects all batches of any best before date. The FSA said: “This product contains milk making it a possible health risk for anyone with an allergy to milk or intolerance to milk or milk constituents.”It continued: “Sunrise International Foods Ltd is recalling the above product from customers and has been advised to contact the relevant allergy support organisations, which will tell their members about the recall.”Advice to consumersIn its point-of-sale notice, Sunrise International Foods Ltd told customers to not drink it.
