An Auckland college is investigating allegations of inappropriate conduct raised against a former junior boarding staff member.
St Cuthbert’s College – a private girls school in Epsom, sent out a bulletin to families of students letting them know an investigation was underway regarding concerns that were raised.
“Over investigation is focused on allegations of inappropriate conduct,” Leih Melville, chair of the school’s trust board, said in the bulletin.

The investigation includes concerns about conversations and interactions with students “that may have crossed the boundaries expected between students and staff,” she said.
