Netcracker Brings Leadership in Telecom AI to CommsDay Summit 2026
Netcracker to Present on How AI and Multi-Orbit Networks Will Impact Customer Experience at Leading Telecom Event in Australia
Netcracker Technology announced today that it will sponsor and participate in the CommsDay Summit, which will take place on June 2-3 at the Fullerton Hotel in Sydney, Australia. The summit brings together Australia’s most senior telecommunications leaders, including the CEOs of major network operators and retailers and leaders from the country’s telecom regulatory agencies. The program will address issues currently shaping the sector, including industry sustainability, the maturation of 5G and fiber networks, the implications of artificial intelligence and the growing energy demands of digital infrastructure.
The CommsDay Summit comes one month after NEC completed its acquisition of CSG Systems. The combined organization, which will be led by Netcracker, brings together Netcracker’s leadership in digital BSS/OSS, AI-driven automation and cloud-native platforms with CSG’s strengths in customer experience, payments and business support solutions across telecom and other industries, including financial services and healthcare. The acquisition expands the company’s technology portfolio, customer reach and global market presence.
