FC Porto striker Terem Moffi has declared that the Super Eagles will overcome Zimbabwe when both sides meet in the opening semi-final of the 2026 Unity Cup at The Valley Stadium in Charlton on Tuesday, PUNCH Sports Extra reports.

Moffi, one of the senior European-based players in camp with 19 senior international caps, spoke with confidence after an encouraging training session at Cray Valley FC in London, where 14 players had gathered for the camp.

The striker also offered a glowing assessment of the home-based players invited by coach Eric Chelle, describing their early contributions as a sign of what the domestic league has to offer.

“It’s been top sessions from the boys, and we’re proud to be here, happy to represent the country. We are looking forward to other sessions and the games,” Moffi said in a YouTube interview with Austin Okon-Akpan.
