MANILA, Philippines – Filinvest REIT Corp., (FILRT), the real estate investment trust arm of Filinvest Land Inc., said it had expanded its roster of international tenants after global customer experience and digital transformation firm Gatestone & Co. leased nearly 3,500 square meters (sq m) of office space in Northgate Cyberzone, Alabang.
The lease covers the sixth and seventh floors of Filinvest Three, one of the 17 Grade A office buildings under FILRT’s portfolio.
Operations started on Jan. 1, marking Gatestone’s expansion in the Philippines as part of its broader global growth strategy.
