NewsUK NewsRoad Traffic AccidentsA 33-year-old man died at the scene of a crash after his car collided with a wall and another vehicle near Chester Road station in Birmingham15:44, 25 May 2026Updated 15:55, 25 May 2026A 33-year-old man has tragically died after colliding with a car and wall in Birmingham.‌The crash happened near Chester Road station at around 9.20pm last night, with emergency services racing to the area as two others were taken to hospital.‌It is believed a grey Kia Sportage collided with a wall and a Honda Jazz. The driver of the Kia was confirmed dead at the scene.‌His family have been informed and are currently being supported by specialist officers, reports Birmingham Live.Floral tributes were laid at the scene this morning.‌A passenger, a man in his 30s, was taken to hospital as a precaution. The driver of the Honda, a man in his 50s, was taken to hospital with injuries not believed to be life-threatening.Chester Road was closed overnight and has since reopened.
