The Series 11 Apple Watches is on sale at Amazon for Memorial Day Weekend for $329, a $70 drop from its usual $399. But the 42mm Rose Gold Aluminum version takes it down even lower, all the way to just $299.

Every time a new generation of the Apple Watch rolls out of Cupertino, we ask ourselves what could possibly be left to upgrade? The Series 10 seemed to cover all the bases as a smartwatch and as a health-oriented wearable, but then the Series 11 arrived with FDA-cleared hypertension detection — one of the biggest leaps forward in health monitoring from Apple in a long while. That’s just one of the upgrades that come with the Series 11, but it’s a big one.

Apple’s Best Health Stack

The Series 11’s broader health monitoring suite is Apple’s most complete yet: ECG on demand, high and low heart rate notifications, irregular rhythm detection, possible sleep apnea alerts, blood oxygen readings, and the new Sleep Score that distills overnight data into a single legible number rather than a wall of metrics to interpret. The Vitals app surfaces overnight health data in one view each morning — heart rate, respiratory rate, blood oxygen, sleep duration, and wrist temperature — which gives a running baseline that’s useful for catching changes over time rather than just spot-checking individual readings.
