Shriram Properties Ltd on Monday reported 65 per cent increase in consolidated net profit at ₹78.53 crore for the quarter ended March 31 on higher income amid strong housing demand.Its net profit was ₹47.66 crore in the year-ago period.Total income rose to ₹662.73 crore during the fourth quarter of 2025-26 from ₹427.51 crore a year ago, according to a regulatory filing.During the full 2025-26 fiscal, the company's net profit rose to ₹100.81 crore from ₹77.3 crore a year ago. Total income climbed to ₹1,356.93 crore from ₹973.38 crore.Bengaluru-based Shriram Properties is one of the leading real estate developers in the country. Its key markets include Bengaluru, Chennai, Pune and West Bengal.The company has delivered over 50 projects of 30.8 million sq ft. It has a strong development pipeline comprising 41 projects with an aggregate potential of 35.3 million sq ft, including 16.7 million sq ft of ongoing projects, as of March 31, 2026.Published on May 25, 2026
