MOSCOW, May 25. /TASS/. The Russian Foreign Ministry will soon issue a special statement regarding Russia’s retaliatory strikes on Kiev, which will include a detailed warning to foreign diplomatic agencies, Russian Foreign Ministry Spokeswoman Maria Zakharova said.
"In the near future, the Foreign Ministry will issue a special statement regarding the strikes that have been and will continue to be carried out against Kiev in response to the horrific terrorist attacks, as well as a warning to the diplomatic corps abroad, which will be outlined in great detail," the diplomat said on Channel One.
In the early hours of May 22, the Ukrainian armed forces used UAVs to attack the academic building and dormitory of the Starobelsk Pedagogical College of the Lugansk State Pedagogical University in the LPR. At the time of the strike, 86 children aged 14 to 18 were inside. Twenty-one people were killed. According to LPR head Leonid Pasechnik, 65 children were injured.
