ISLAMABAD: Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif on Friday reassured safety and security of Chinese nationals in Pakistan.
The PM said this while meeting Chinese Ambassador to Pakistan Jiang Zaidong at the Prime Minister’s House.
“He (PM) also underscored Pakistan’s resolve to provide a secure and conducive environment for Chinese personnel, investments, and institutions in Pakistan,” an official press release quoted the prime minister as saying during a meeting with the Chinese ambassador at the PM House.
The meeting took place at a day after Pakistan repulsed attacks from Afghanistan and made significant damage to military installations of the neighbouring country.
