Actress Gong Hyo-jin recently shared with fans her favorite way of eating yogurt.

On her YouTube channel, Gong showed viewers around her home and talked about her current life. When a producer asked why she had lost weight, she said, “Everyone has a weight they personally want to maintain.”

“I still eat only yogurt. I’m basically a yogurt person.” She said. “There’s nothing as light as yogurt. I make it myself. I pour chia seeds and blueberries into runny yogurt and leave it in the freezer or refrigerator. The chia seeds swell up, which makes it more filling.”
