The FAB want chief executive Phil Parsons and owner Dragan Solak to address supporters after their removal from the Championship play-offs.A meeting of the FAB on Thursday evening led them to email Parsons and call the club's communication throughout the process "poor". They have highlighted that any information mainly came from non-club sources rather than official channels.After noting that there has been no communication since the failed appeal, the FAB state: "In all honesty, the silence is deafening". They believe club statements should be more frequent, and want key figures to conduct live interviews, like at a fans forum.The lack of any further apology is also acknowledged, as is the failure to recognise the impact on fans and not fighting the club's corner. Season tickets are said to be an immediate concern for them, with calls for a price reduction for next season.The FAB are also asking for some form of refund to compensate those who attended the play-off semi-finals against Middlesbrough. Fans are described as "utterly disaffected", with a belief that there now needs to be an incentive for them to renew their season tickets.Fan advisory boards regularly meet with their clubs to serve as a voice for supporters on key issues. Southampton's have suggested an emergency meeting outside of their scheduled sessions to discuss what they have outlined.The Saints claim their FAB is key when they make decisions about everything related to fan experience. They are elected by the club's fanbase to share feedback and insights in an open dialogue.Their remit also includes allowing the club a platform to explain the rationale behind decisions.
