The charter airline, headquartered at London Biggin Hill, has suspended all flights and laid off its workforce after turning to administrators for help.Paul Hargreaves, of Nexus Corporate Solutions Limited, was appointed to oversee the company this month, with hopes of securing a sale or rescue package.Zenith Aviation, which was founded in September 2013, described itself as a leading provider of private jet charters, aircraft management and engineering services throughout the UK and Europe.‌Tripsmiths and TS TravelThe UK tourism firm, which had been operating holiday trips and excursions, has now tumbled into administration. Tripsmiths and TS Travel had been offering holidaymakers a broad selection of adventures to some of the world's most breathtaking destinations, ranging from French vineyard tours and African safaris to scenic retreats around Italy's Lake Garda and other fun getaways.It has been confirmed that the company's assets and business have been sold, however, all existing bookings will be honoured, and all future holidays will go ahead as planned.‌LakesA family bathroom firm has been acquired by another company in a huge deal after falling into administration this week. Hiatt Hardware Group purchased Lakes Bathrooms Ltd and Lakes Showering Spaces, known as one of the UK bathroom industry's most famous premium brands.Hiatt Hardware Group confirmed that more than 120 jobs were saved as a result of the takeover.Administrators were appointed for Lakes Bathrooms on Monday - the same day as its sale - according to a notice published in The Gazette. Based in Tewkesbury in Gloucestershire, Lakes had operated as a family business for 40 years since its founding in 1986.‌A To Z Packaging LtdA major fixture in the British food and beverage supply chain has collapsed into administration, bringing nearly 23 years of independent trading to an end. The firm previously operated under the name 4 Aces Limited.Having been established in 2003, the business grew to become one of the UK's leading independent wholesale manufacturers and suppliers of catering disposables, specialising in food packaging, vending cups and biodegradable paper straws.According to an official public notice published in the London Gazette this week, a meeting will be held on June 8 to consult creditors on the administration process.‌The Buckingham Butcher LtdThis family-run business, led by father and son Trevor and Harry Denton, has sadly fallen into administration.
