Generic drugmaker Divi’s Laboratories reported consolidated net profit for March quarter increased more than 13% to ₹751 crore compared to ₹662 crore a year earlier.The higher profit came on a consolidated total income of ₹2,986 crore (₹2,671 crore). Foreign exchange gain for the quarter was ₹90 crore (₹10 crore).The active pharmaceutical ingredient, intermediates and nutraceutical ingredients maker has declared a final dividend of ₹30 per equity share (face value of ₹2 each) for 2025-26 and fixed July 24 as the record date, for the same.For FY26, the company posted net profit of ₹2,568 crore (₹2,191 crore) on a total income of ₹11,067 crore (₹9,712 crore).
