Another episode recounts the story of a landlady who recorded her own death after welcoming renters into her home without doing any background checks.‌The show "highlights harrowing tales of seemingly harmless roommates turning into real-life nightmares for their unsuspecting victims when their malevolent and sometimes violent intentions are revealed," according to Netflix's synopsis.
