MOSCOW, May 23. /TASS/. The death toll from the Ukrainian military’s attack on a student dorm in the city of Starobelsk in the Lugansk People’s Republic (LPR) has risen to ten, with another 38 people injured, a Russian Emergencies Ministry official told TASS.
"As of now, 48 people were affected by the attack; ten of them were killed," the official said.
As many as 11 students remain unaccounted for after the attack, Lugansk leader Leonid Pasechnik said. According to him, a rescue operation continues.
