The Arizona Diamondbacks were one game away from tying their longest win streak since 2024, but lost a close 3-2 matchup with the Colorado Rockies at Chase Field on Friday night.Despite another high-quality outing by right-hander Michael Soroka, the Diamondbacks' bullpen did not have a solid night, nor did the offense, which was held to just two runs for the second straight night.After Corbin Carroll's walk-off knock Thursday night, the Diamondbacks struggled against Rockies right-hander Tomoyuki Sugano for the second time this season, only managing to scrape together two runs, both courtesy of Lourdes Gurriel Jr.Gurriel, however, exited the game early after injuring his hamstring while making a sliding catch in left field. He walked off the field on his own power alongside a trainer in the fifth inning, with the official word from the team being left hamstring tightness. Gurriel will undergo an MRI on his hamstring tomorrow, Jose Romero of AZCentral reports, and is currently considered day-to-day.
