Heatwave conditions are also likely in Visakhapatnam, Anakapalle, Kakinada, and Alluri Sitharama Raju districts during the same period.In Rayalaseema, maximum temperatures are expected to remain between 41°C and 44°C over the next few days.As things stand, there is no significant indication of rain or thunderstorms in the immediate forecast, meaning the scorching conditions are likely to persist without much relief in the coming days.Piduguralla records highest temperature of the season at 48.1°CAccording to the Andhra Pradesh State Disaster Management Authority (APSDMA), Piduguralla in Palnadu district recorded a scorching 48.1°C, the highest temperature seen this summer so far.Other extremely hot locations included Vetapalem and Nandiwada at 47.6°C, Thorragudipadu and Addanki at 47.4°C, and Allipalli at 47.3°C.
