TEMPO.CO, Jakarta - Singer BLACKPINK's Lisa has released a new single for the 2026 FIFA World Cup titled Goals on Thursday, May 21, 2026. She joined forces with Brazilian funk megastar Anitta and afrobeats musician Rema to create one of the songs for the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 album.According to a report by Inside FIFA, Goals was released through SALXCO UAM and Def Jam Recordings. The song and its music video are now available on all streaming platforms. Goals will be performed live during the opening ceremony of the 2026 FIFA World Cup in Los Angeles on June 12.Excitement of Lisa, Anitta, and RemaRegarding the collaboration with Anitta and Rema, Lisa stated that this year's World Cup feels very exciting. The musician, whose real name is Lalisa Manoban, mentioned that music has always united people from all over the world."So it has been an honor to work with Anitta and Rema," said Lisa in a statement as reported by the official FIFA website.In line with Lisa, Anitta admitted that her relationship with the World Cup is very emotional. Additionally, there is an energetic blend of Afro-percussion, Latin pop, and K-pop.The three-minute multilingual song was produced by Grammy winner Cirkut, along with Bava, PinkSlip, and Tropkillaz. Each artist contributed their talents to create a song that sounds stirring and exudes confidence.The release of Goals follows other official songs for the Official FIFA World Cup 2026 album. Starting from Por Ella by Los Angeles Azuled and Belinda, Echo by Daddy Yankee and Shenseea, and Illuminate by Jessie Reyez and Elyanna.
