Police have reported a single vehicle crash, single occupant fatality in Otago.
One person has died after a crash in Clutha Valley Road, in Greenfield, Otago, overnight.
Emergency services were called to the single vehicle crash at 1.55am Saturday.
The driver was the sole occupant of the vehicle, which went off the road between Craig Road and Allangrange Road, police said in a statement.
Enquiries into the circumstances of the crash were under way.
