Rashford, who's currently on loan at Barcelona, was named in England's 26-man squad for the World Cup on Friday by Thomas Tuchel and he celebrated his inclusion on Instagram.The forward wrote: "Special thanks to Unai (Emery), Hansi (Flick), Thomas, Aston Villa, Barcelona & England for believing in me when things got tough."It didn't long for his followers to notice that he hadn't mentioned United or anyone else related to the club. "Where is United's thank you?" one supporter asked."Total disrespect to the club that made him, still have a contract with and is still paying him," another claimed. A third sarcastically added: "No mention of his boyhood club? The ex-Villa loanee, who wants to stay at the Camp Nou, has scored 14 goals and provided 11 assists in 48 appearances.Often second-choice behind Raphinha on the left wing, Rashford has helped Barca win two trophies. Barcelona president Joan Laporta has publicly discussed the idea of extending the 28-year-old's loan for another season, but United want a permanent departure.Rashford, who's under contract at United until 2028, could be given one last chance to impress Barca boss Flick on Saturday.
