She's also been secretive with Gary Windass, covering for him but also he seems to be protective of her.‌They are both sparking suspicion about something they are possibly hiding. Fans are now convinced they have rumbled a health scare that could explain Sarah's behaviour.‌Sarah was attacked at the Platt house recently, and she has no idea Jodie Ramsey was her attacker. But some fans are wondering if it's a little more than being spooked.‌The key theory is that Sarah may have sustained a physical and undetected injury that might be causing her antics. Taking to social media, one fan said: "Could be a delayed effect from the head trauma."Another agreed: "Something to do with the blow she to her head?" A third fan said: "Sarah has been acting really strange ever since she got hit in the head by Jodie.""She’s lashing out so she might be suffering with PTSD or got some sort of head condition which nobody knows about." A final theory read: "A blood clot." On the PTSD suggestion, other fans wondered if we would see a mental health storyline with Sarah.‌They questioned if she could be experiencing trauma or PTSD from the attack, or maybe the soap might revisit her mental breakdown from years earlier. A fan posted online: "I think she is having another breakdown."A further fan posted: "They're going into a ptsd/mental health storyline with Sarah. I doubt she killed Theo. She's already been at the centre of a big murder story,"‌Another fan commented: "They’re probably doing a ptsd storyline like they did with Glenda after the pub robbery but will no doubt end the same way where she could be miraculously healed and never mention it again after a week." A final post read: "Sarah needs to see someone about her ptsd."It follows fans trying to figure out if Sarah and Gary were covering something up together. Fans wondered if they had slept together the night Theo died, while another theory suggested one of them was Theo's killer, and the other saw them do it.Article continues belowCoronation Street airs weeknights at 8:30pm on ITV1 and ITV X. * Follow Mirror Celebs and TV on TikTok , Snapchat , Instagram , Twitter , Facebook , YouTube and Threads .Choose Daily Mirror as a 'Preferred Source' on Google News for quick access to the news you value.‌ITVCoronation StreetSoap operas
