Technology and science company 3M India on Friday announced a final dividend of Rs 160 and a special dividend of Rs 346, taking the total payout to Rs 506 per share with a face value of Rs 10 for eligible shareholders.The company fixed July 17 (Friday) as the record date to determine the eligibility of shareholders set to receive the dividend, subject to shareholders’ approval at its upcoming 39th Annual General Meeting (AGM) scheduled in August. Once approved, the dividend will be paid within 30 days from the AGM.3M India has a dividend yield of 1.61%, according to data on Trendlyne. The company had paid a special dividend and final dividend cumulatively worth Rs 535 in July 2025 and Rs 685 in the same month last year. Previously, it had paid a dividend of Rs 100 to its shareholders in July 2023, and a special dividend of Rs 850 per share in November 2022. Overall, 3M India has rewarded its shareholders with dividends cumulatively worth Rs 2,676 per share since 2023, as per data on NSE.3M India Q4 Results3M India announced the latest dividend along with its results for the January-March quarter of the financial year 2026. The company reported around 202% year-on-year (YoY) surge in net profit to Rs 215 crore in Q4 FY26, from Rs 71 crore in the corresponding quarter of the previous financial year. The firm’s revenue from operations, meanwhile, rose 17% YoY to Rs 1,399 crore during the quarter under review.
