MOSCOW, May 22. /TASS/. Global contradictions are leading more and more to military conflict, Russian Presidential Aide and Maritime Board Chairman Nikolay Patrushev said at Russian-Vietnamese consultations on maritime cooperation in Moscow on Friday.

Patrushev believes that a global naval arms race has begun.
